We design Australian Sports Apparel Group’s products to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Non-Custom Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange the item that was not correct within 7 days from the shipping date. Your return will be processed within 2 – 6 Weeks of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don’t have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you’re returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to Australian Sports Apparel Group Office.
For Custom Orders / Sublimation only:
We endeavour to source the same fabric / colour every time for custom orders including sublimation, however due to different dye batches this cannot be guaranteed.
For custom orders our highly dedicated manufacturing team can create a very similar design anytime and all the time for you.
Please Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production and no refund will be provided.
